UMP continues its series of local policy roundtables with a session in Birmingham, bringing together local authorities, transport leaders, and mobility innovators to discuss how to accelerate the delivery of more integrated and sustainable transport across the Midlands. Last week, the Urban Mobility Partnership kicked off the first in a series of local policy roundtables. Starting in Leeds, we held a focused discussion on integrated transport and how to build a more reliable, customer-focused network across West Yorkshire, featuring a diverse group of voices from across the region.

On 4 September we held the second Urban Mobility Partnership (UMP) Summit, this year in partnership with the Liverpool City Region. It was an excellent day filled with detailed discussions on all things mobility, and we hope all who attended left feeling optimistic about the direction of the UK transport sector – there’s undoubtedly a lot of good happening out there.
