Conduent’s Dynamic Mobile Billing assists unbanked people in paying parking fees and fines via mobile text messaging.
The Urban Mobility Partnership proposed a Mobility Credits scheme where people scrap older diesel cars for credits to use on sustainable transport like buses and bikes. Conduent and the Partnership believe such programs can promote modal shift and help meet air quality and net zero emissions targets.
